Our office is  located in the Columbia Medical Plaza on the North West corner of East Mill Plain Boulevard and 87th Avenue within the suite of Columbia Surgical Specialists (Suite 201). The office building is Green/Blue in color and set back from Mill Plain Boulevard.

The office is 1 block  West of Southwest Washington Medical Center, main campus.
